If you don't send the code to one of our mailing lists, or post it to
JIRA, or get on IRC and say "hey llrobla, you guys could do xxx" where
xxx is code you don't want to contribute, or in any way do something
which can be honestly taken by us to mean "oh, he wants us to put this
into the viewer", then no, it doesn't fall under this agreement.
