 Well, can we have the client transparently go through the login process
then, like most of my IM clients do?  Before I dumped another gig in my
system last week, it would take me 4-5min to relog.  Plus we might be able
to salvage some of those open edit windows, right?

I usually top-post, but I've been yelled at so many times about it that I
