1. Do not post in all caps.  It is yelling, it is rude, it won't get you
help faster.
2. This is not a general support channel.  Please see
http://secondlife.com/support for the various methods of getting general
support.
3. Try with an official prebuilt / downloaded client from
http://secondlife.com/download as opposed to a compiled client.  Try
specifying a different sim to log into at the login prompt (Preferences
-> General -> (check) Show Start Location on Login Screen).  Try Ahern
or Morris.
4. Don't contact this list again if that doesn't work.  Use the support
options at http://secondlife.com/support.

If you are not stuck with a downloaded client, but are stuck with a
compiled client and your 'stuckness' is not limited to Dell islands then:
 - In a reasonable tone
 - Give some information about the system you are compiling on
(operating system, general computer specs)
 - Where you got the code from, what branch, the exact url and date if
possible
 - Any relevant lines from your second life log files that could
indicate what is going wrong.  Good keywords are probably 'caps' and
'circuit'.
 - If you are crashing and have any call stacks those are helpful too.
