[sldev] [Patch] Simpler abuse reporting of objects

Speaking as someone who frequently ends up filing abuse reports on
objects, the extra step of having to obtain and type the object owner's
name, when this was already known to the AR floater was irksome.

Filed this as an issue and sold a developer on the idea. We produced a
patch to allow the owner's name to be default-filled automatically.
