Hi,
Well, that does it. This is a show stopper, at least for me.
Now I can't even last for more than a couple of minutes after logging in before it hangs the whole system.
My issue is very similar to JIRA issues VWR-728 and VWR-568.
This basically all started with 1.14 and has gotten worse with each newer release.
I'm going to setup a build environment, can someone help me with that and how to debug the viewer?
My impression is this will be very hard to debug (multi threaded and all that).
To say nothing of collecting all of the libraries and building it.
BTW, That's pretty cute the way they deal with support phone calls. They say the hold time is 8 minutes. So I'm on there holding
listening to the program. Then at 8 minutes a recording comes on and takes a message, like it or not. So yes, the hold time is 8
minutes but after 8 minutes I still didn't get to a tier 1 support person and I didn't get the option of holding longer.
