I'm not sure if the white is necessary, but with added visual weight
of the requester I think at least the first line will be read by the user
(and those who don't do that, can't really be helped).
I wasn't sure what the buttons are called, but I like the idea very much
to put some of the context into the button, because the buttons need
to be read.
So maybe:
An object wants to be allowed to take money (L$) from your account.
