...and if you could enable drag & drop for the SL client: rez your prim,
drag an image you have on your disk onto it, you get a pop-up asking you
to agree to the upload fee (optionally make it auto-agree via
preferences) and off you go.

where i find SL lacking is that croquet *seems* to allow me to map
applications rather easily into SL: it would be great to have an SSH
session window mapped into a team space in SL, along with the firefox
window displaying the web site the team is working on (just as an
example) --- and have that team space persist.
