[sldev] [MISC] Editing others User: pages on the wiki.

 This is a major annoyance for me.  I do not want ANYONE but myself or a
Linden to be touching my User: page on the wiki.  No one else has any reason
or right to add, change, or remove any content to my personal User: page.
There is a discussion page available for them to make suggestions as to
things I may wish to add, change or remove.

This was an issue that was brought up early on in the Wiki development and I
had thought it had been agreed that it would not happen.
