[sldev] [META] "Sandbox:" namespace on the wiki?

You realize, a namespace is not a category, right?  A namespace is 
completely excluded from search, it's one step away from a "separate 
wiki entirely"...

I think you even need special link syntax to link across namespaces... 
so you can't just move articles easily across them.
