That doesn't make it 'GPL dual license'. It makes it 'dual license'.

Only one license is GPL. the combination with the commercial license and
the foregoing of copyright by contributors makes it effectively shared
source.

Then you worked on public domain software before GNU. Thank you for
clearing that up. You didn't actually work on open source or free
software code before then because the terms had not been created yet.

Hint: If I had received an answer through those channels, we wouldn't be

Now that we have established that you don't like my questions for some
reason, feel free to ignore them. You obviously don't have any answers,
and not getting answers is something which you believe is something that
is acceptable, avatar Stonecutter.
