[sldev] JIRA Stat: Truncated Jira XML output with wget...

I can confirm now that JIRA does error on something similar on my end, 
but it doesn't happen with all queries. The error I see happens when I 
tried a date range for the last week.

I tried to post some stats and I could only get half the report (those 
queries without the date range).
