[sldev] An introduction to Python Eggs

Hi!

I wanted to write this for a long time and even started but never really
finished ;-) I did today and here is my introduction to Python Eggs:

These are basically RPMs for Python and we discussed them during Which's
Office Hours. That's why I used eventlet as an example.
What I forgot though is how to upload them to the cheeseshop but I might do
a followup.
