[sldev] Starting with the Viewer

Looks like a simple omission there

Try
http://s3.amazonaws.com/viewer-source-downloads/2007/11/slviewer-win32-libs-RC-1.18.5.0.zip

The libs are only 3rd party stuff that is required so should not
necessarily change that often. So one minor version should not hurt
anything.

Knowing me in this instance there probably was a change :-)
