Topics include: login and seed-cap scripts, Day's new LSL caps script, 
"Discovery" (how do we let clients and other components know about how 
variations work), capabilities and REST.

As always, IM Zha Ewry, Tree Kyomoon or Saijanai Kuhn for an invite to 
the group. The meeting is on a private IBM island and the group
