Think this is unrelated IMHO, I see this on official windows builds on 
only one PC at work. It didn't use to do this but does now, it can take 
a few minutes at least to show the logon screen, once past that its all 
OK. Never seen this on any other PC's but you say you see it on Mac so 
there might be a race condition blocking something at startup. May be i 
can get a debug build on that system and break it during the pause to 
see what is happening.
