Callum, the GPL is constantly causing problems for people that want to
take GPL code, modify it, and keep the modifications secret, while still
distributing the modified work.

In other words, the GPL doing what it's supposed to do. Some people
have a problem with this concept, and they'll bring up any ridiculous
argument they can to avoid coming out and saying their real problem with
the GPL is that it prevents them from closing the code.
