[sldev] [SOURCE] llkdu.dll in 1.18.3.2 windows library pack broken?

I just had a few crashes rebaking and uploading and found
that it seems that the llkdu.dll that comes with the release
libs for Windows seems to be different from the one coming
with the viewer.  Replacing one with the other did fix
the problems.
