I'm not sure what you're referring to here, but as public as I am I  
would prefer to limit the number of searchable databases my email  
addresses are automatically added to.

Really, I'd like to have this option in preferences:

[X] Accept mail to Argent.Stonecutter at residents.secondlife.com for  
forwarding to IM

So I can be more easily contacted by customers who aren't in-world.

I'm surprised that nobody's set up a SL-account email-to-IM proxy  
already, actually. I guess because only LL could do it properly since  
they could send replyable IMs that would go to email, whereas a third- 
party could only send scripted in-world IMs that just show up if  
you're online.
