[sldev] [META] Announcing: unofficial sldev-misc and sldev-announce lists

Hi!

Due to the recent discussion about the level of traffic on this list, as 
well as some discontent with the wiki, I decided to implement my previous 
suggestion to add more lists.

The new lists are:

sldev-misc for various misc discussion related to development. This would 
be pretty much everything that isn't welcome on sldev, such as long 
discussions about licensing, caching, etc.

sldev-announce is for everybody to announce the status of their own work. 
Post here about new releases, new features in your viewers, etc.

Additional lists can be easily created if people request them.


I don't currently plan to provide an alternative for this list. At the time 
I'm perfectly fine with all discussion happening on the list, but since 
there's still this attempt to move discussions to the wiki, I decided to 
provide the lists.

I promise a very unrestrictive moderation policy. Basically, so long people 
are happy, so am I. There won't be any limit on length of discussions that 
aren't completely offtopic or degenerate into a flamewar. You can count on 
me not stepping in if everybody seems to be OK with whatever is going on. 

Keywords are currently not required on my lists, I'm including the [MISC] 
one to comply with sldev policy.
