Rob, I have a question.

This page redirects to another page "How to Localize Your World". The
page says LL welcomes residents' UI translation to other languages.

However, during an internationalization triage on 2007-07-27, Jaime
Linden said that LL doesn't accept translations for new languages
until skinning project is done. (See http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Bug_triage/2007-07-27/Transcript#Feature_Request_Patches)

The wiki page discusses skinning project and suggests a possibility to
wait for it, but the overall tone of the page seems encouraging
translations.

Are you accepting new language translations now or you are not?

If you are, why early efforts such as Swedish (VWR-774) and
Traditional Chinese (VWR-1293) are just left?
