There's already a multi-texture option, right?

If the SVG$name$facenum.svg card exists, it would automatically overlay 
the existing texture specified by $facenum. Duplicate facenums would be 
ignored...

The same could apply to an SVG$name$hovertext.svg card.

These could be overridden by llSetSVG(cardname, facenum), where facenum 
would include -1 for hovertext, and -2 for ALL faces. -3 for hvertext + 
ALL faces? hmmm. overkill, but why not?
