That's not technically possible to implement without outrageous  
restrictions on llGiveInventory() that would break everyone's  
scripted vendors. An alternative that would work would be to set a  
"royalty price" on the object... you can sell it to someone but they  
have to pay *at least* the royalty price to get it, with the payment  
split between the creator and the owner based on the royalty terms.

I think it's clear enough just putting that in the documentation  
(like, you know, in the real world), and yet you have things like the  
X-Flight debacle and people selling no-mod objects containing custom  
versions of the Franimation Overrider... which is a no-no under the  
letter of the GPL2.
