[sldev] [VWR] [PATCH] particles VWR-418 VWR-983 VWR-2164

I haven't compared the changes of the latest patch, but in the current 
official version the particles have worked far better than since 1.14.x.

Now if we can just get llTargetOmega() to work again so my spinning 
particles aren't broken anymore.
