Speak for yourself, I never entered in to any agreement with Vivox that
supersede my rights granted under the 1201(f) exemption of the DMCA.
However, it might create problems documenting how the voice protocol
works on the wiki if the redistribution language is too strict.
On a side note I don't think there is a serious legal problem here. If a
company found it more beneficial to sue developers rather then porting
their own code it would speak volumes about their competency as software
and service provider.
