[sldev] mockup of interface for patch I'm working on

This is a mock up of the interface for a patch I'm working on.

The proposed patch will extend the functions of the LSL editing window
inside the client. You click on the left side and get a nested
folder/outline list for categories of functions, events and keywords.
The right side gives you a longer or shorter list depending on how
focused you want your categories, Once you select a keyword, it
automatically (or via the "paste" button) pastes the keyword or entire
function into the LSL editor. For info that doesn't display well in SL,
you can go directly to the webpage its from.

The functions and other info will be stored in an XML file that comes
with the client, if the Lindens accept the patch, so you don't have to
go to the wiki for the function name/variable list. There's a lot left
to do, including somehow (hopefully by perl script) grabbing the info
for functions, constants and events from the 200 or so webpages on the
LSL wiki. But I've got it to the point now where (fingers crossed) I
think I can get it to work as shown.

Comments? Suggestions, specifically on the interface? The actual
capabilities of this are pretty much set in stone as far as I'm
concerned. It's a big enough project already, thanks.
