[sldev] Anyone aware of Vworlds or similar which can be run offline

Yes I am thinking more a local simulator, which then would be re-synched
later.

I added this to the WIKI at
https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Use_Cases#Some_possible_futuristic_scenarios
as was kindly suggested by Dirk.

I'm also going to dig deeper into opensimulator.org as was helpfully
suggested by Charles.
