[sldev] [VWR] Simple fix for Sell Land mishaps?

We live in the age of point and click.  In SL the various ways of selecting
an av are not real straight forward (ever tried adding someone to your
group?).  How about selecting the target buyer by clicking on his/her av and
having that auto complete the "sell to" box?
