How about we add Clippy from Microsoft Word

------------------
It looks like you are trying to sell land.

Would you like to:

1. Sell land to your alt?
2. Sell land to a friend?
3. Sell your land to a landbot cheaply?
-----------------

Short of adding an escrow service into SL for land transactions, and forcing
every land transaction to be confirmed by the seller... there will always be
people who screw up and there will always be someone waiting to take
advantage of it.
