That may have been a second problem, but the current user interface  
doesn't even get the information necessary to set it for sale until  
you have selected three non-default values, and the service puts in  
an extra delay before publishing the land as "for sale". If there is  
a bug like that in the client it shouldn't be hard to find, and it  
doesn't require changing the user interface to fix.
