A specific "Sell Land" option in the pie menu is probably not 
worthwhile. A way to generally select an avatar for any people chooser 
would work.

If it can be generalized so that we don't end up with a bloated pie 
menu, that I'm sure will help.

That's where I had the suggestion for an option like "Select this avatar."
