[sldev] [VWR] [VWR-666] PRIM_TYPE still 4, not 7.

Due a handful of crisis events that made us reluctant to do anything 
dramatic to the grid until they were over, this has been further postponed.

I've posted an update to the blog - one was supposed to go out last 
night, sorry :(
