[sldev] Build errors(in XCode 2.5) with indra.y.h

So, I'm using XCode 2.5(on a non-10.4 platform- you do the math) to
compile the 1.18.2.1 source, and I'm getting a bunch of errors, all of
which spawn from the error "indra.y.h: No such file or directory".
This file is included by indra.l, and I can't find it anywhere. I can
find indra.y, but no header file for it. What should I do? Is this a
bug on Apple's part, or is it a bug in the source?
