[sldev] Build errors(in XCode 2.5) with indra.y.h

Nick,
That's fine for doing a manual compile, but I want to be able to
provide a list of instructions about how to patch/compile the source
code. (i.e. I need most everything to be automated). Can this be
incorporated into 1.18.3?
