[sldev] 1.19.1 build issues - big main thread

There are a number of threads about 1.19.1 build issues. Please help
me consolidate the problems into one place by replying to this thread
only with build issues.

I built Mac and Linux this morning and ran both without problems.
Speak up if you're seeing something different.

Windows is another story. That's crashing on startup in llkdu.dll. If
you run with openjpeg (delete indra/newview/ReleaseNoOpt/llkdu.dll)
it's fine. I'm poking about to see who owns changes related to this.
Again, please comment if you're seeing something different.

One thing that seems to be catching up a lot of Windows users: Be sure
you add your cygin bin directory to the end of your build tool paths
in Visual Studio. There are no longer hard-coded references to
C:\cygwin\bin -- look at Tools->Options->Projects->VC++
Directories->"Show directoreis for" Executable files and put
C:\cygwin\bin or local equivalent at the end.
