[sldev] Estate Windlight Settings?

I remember some time ago Torin put out a zip file with a number of windlight 
settings he made for us to download and install... I wonder if we can´t make 
such files, put them on a prim on the tp point of our places for people to 
get and install. It will be some work the first time, but later on people 
can just change to this setting when arriving.
Far from auto, but this can be a way while we wait for the full feature.

Anyone has any idea of how to export these settings?
