The problem is that 1.19.* will not support building over 768 meters,  
and has related problems (for example it truncates home position and  
teleport destinations from landmarks to 768 meters), so whether 1.20  
is "optional" or not, it will be necessary once people start taking  
advantage of Havok for building.

If Dazzle is going to be in 1.20, then please, could we have one more  
1.19 release with the 768 meter limitation removed?
