[sldev] Why VWR-5366 is still unasigned ?

Ok, I have an easy question about this bug :
VWR-5366<https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-5366> Dragging
Custom Color to Color Swatch Overriden by grab/move dialog action

This bug:
- is a major bug
- is in 1.19.1 and in 1.20
- was found one month ago
- has 62 votes
- can easily be repro
- can easily be fixed (I think)

So why no Linden assigned it or posted on it at least ?
