[sldev] wiki.secondlife.com/jira.secondlife.com intermittent downtime tonight (8pm-2am PDT)

Hi folks,

We expect some brief, intermittent disruptions of jira.secondlife.com 
and wiki.secondlife.com this evening for a six hour window starting at 
8pm PDT tonight. 

Among the stuff being worked on:
- Core network infrastructure upgrades and re-configuration (routing, 
switching, firewalling, power, etc.)
- Core server platform upgrades and configuration (routine OS 
maintenance, upgrades, etc.)
- High-availability failover/failback testing of various devices and systems
- Other minor disruptive and non-disruptive maintenance work as needed
