[sldev] Linden Lab Navigations and Landmark Project

I gather from a rough summary that it's a more flock-like sort of 
behavior. Taggable, arrangeable bookmarks (shareable), history, that 
sort of thing.
Lord knows, it's already impossible for me to find anything in my 
landmarks 2 times out of 3.
