Assuming you're using the linden libs bundle, try deleting the
libboost_* libraries and substituting the versions from your
distro (or your own-built versions).

Let us know if that helps.  libboost_* compatibility has been a
headache for us recently.  If this is the problem I'd probably
favor removing libboost_* from the linden-libs package and
mandating the distro version for opensource builds.
