Thanks for bringing these up here.  If you're filing cmake bugs, it
might be a good idea to assign them to me or Soft right now, to make
sure we see them.  I didn't know about any of these, unfortunately,
because I'm too lame to check the public JIRA.

It looks like they are all simply oversights.  We'll fix 'em up within
the next few days.
