[sldev] Internal viewer library URL in install.xml, Linux build

Greetings,

seems like this one is for Babbage Linden..

in the install.xml of the /trunk release of the viewer seem to be a
few internal URLs, mostly server related, however one of those made it
into the viewer libs as well:

The current install.xml tries to fetch gtk-atk-pango-lib from
int.codex.lindenlab.com/~babbage :3

I rewrote the url to
s3.amazonaws.com/viewer-source-downloads/install_pkgs/gtk-atk-pango-glib-linux-20080816.tar.gz
and it is working fine again.

Wasn't sure if I'm supposed to JIRA this, considering it's about the svn trunk.
