The point is that the OGP will accommodate what LL plans on doing PLUS 
other solutions (including nothing at all concerning intellectual 
property protection).

Grid implementers and meta-grid implementers will pick and choose what 
they want to do within the wide range of choices offered by the OGP. 
Hopefully, we'll cover the most commonly desired cases, not just the 
extremes and LL's specific solution (whatever it turns out to be).
