[sldev] Plausibility of 16-bit sculpts?

Yus! it really does improve performance alot, as long as you do a Release not 
relwithdebinfo build which is secretly the default. The instructions for 
compiling have changed dramaticly though, If the wiki leaves you stranded you 
can always ask for help in #opensl irc on efnet. Weve been trying to clean up 
the wiki and and make sure the instructions work on all Linux distros.
