1.18.5 was nothing major, just some translation updates that hadn't
pushed before. See the commit messages/contents for details on the
others on the sldev-commits list.

The Mono and Havok viewer changes are coming. I'm trimming them down
to patches you can apply to other trees. They don't warrant full
drops.
