Ack, the linux standalone build of windlight (+ me wee patches) is
looking good ;-)

For the record i'm applying the following patches for a minimum build
on a standalone configuration :-

* VWR-2488 (fixed in cmake branch)
* VWR-2739 (fixed in cmake branch)
* VWR-3813 (debian uses newer gtk than lindens)
* an expat.h headers location fix (fixed in cmake branch)
* an arp.h headers location patch (fixed in cmake branch)
* some fudging of my shared library llmozlib
* VWR-3480 c-ares v 1.5.1 workaround
* openjpeg.h location patch (fixed in cmake branch)
*VWR-1853, use linux fonts patch to avoid copyright/nonfree fonts (we
still need sensible linux free fallback fonts that work out of the
box).

All these issues effect builds on all branches anyway, except cmake,
which fixes a few. Some header locations are Debian only as well.

I apply other patches too, but these above are minimum to enable build
and login to world.
