[sldev] Sources, please ! Windlight 79185 and v1.19.0.RC1still not published !

I for one prefer the new method as well.  Source releases compile much
smoother now than before: waiting a few days is totally worth that.

About RC1: isn't it sufficient to just do a svn update on
Branch_1-19-0-Viewer ? I noticed the version number increased from 1.19.0.0
(rev 220) to  1.19.0.1  (rev 228)
