Ok yes the file seems to be there and there is an associated entry in
textures.xml. But i am still having issues on my AMD64, strangely my
i386 is behaving. I'm assuming a packaging or a patching error on my
part for the moment I will have to rip everything down and do a 100%
clean build on both systems to confirm and double check against the
artwork tarballs and the RO data too. AT one point i was convinced
that the UUID was missing from textures.xml but i've got so confused
with multiple branches on my system that  i need to clean up and start
afresh to be sure whats wrong, i think in this case 99.999% chance its
me.
