[sldev] Windlight 80079 and 79890 source downloads

A couple of source downloads showed up on the wiki 
https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Source_downloads recently that look to 
be just random snapshots linked there by someone named Akiba Drinkwater.

The usual naming sequence: windlight13_fl6, windlight13_fl7, 
windlight13_fl8 was followed by these two named windlight14_fl8.  The 
most recent WindLight binary release is 80042, but the source is labeled 
80079.

After the Open Source Meeting last Thursday, I'm surprised to find 
things getting worse.  I had hopes they would improve.  What's up?
