[sldev] Branch_1-19-1-Viewer doesn't compile out of the box on Mac

Starting afresh with a clean checkout of the new branch, it fails to  
build and complains about libllmozlib2.dylib being missing.

Twisted it's arm into building by snarfing the file (and a few others  
it subsequently complains about) from newview/mozilla-universal- 
darwin.tgz and putting them somewhere sensible.
